Just had to take a step back and look at our designs in another way for a minute there. We have just had our designs looked at in class and the "card-board" factor has come into play.
None of us realised that the design had to be made fully from card board and that the design was to only be used a few times, 4-5 at the most.
We interpreted the situation as you made the prototype from cardboard and the final could be made from a form of plastic to enable the product to be reused again and again!
So we are looking at ways of slightly modifying the top 3 designs from the matrix and will post relevant pics etc to show this.
