I'm sharing with you a gallery of images. The gallery is a collection of currently produced and used coffee cup holders, both multiple and single. From my field research, the most used are the double and 4-cup cardboard. Feel free to add up more images. This can help each of us during the conceptual design phase.

I'm also uploading an image of the standard dimensions of the 3 sizes of coffee cups, as sold from a Chinese manufacturer. According to the specification, the design of the coffee cup holder should fit any of these cups. Don't know if those standards apply everywhere, but please comment on that one.
Hi Dijana,
ReplyDeleteThe standard sizes for coffee cups are actually measured by volume.
small = 8oz
regular = 12 oz
large = 16 oz
Those dimensions you found will be a good starting point to make the openings though, however i think it is important to make the holders adjustable so that every cup fits.
